2. Sample Phase

In the sample stage, we finalize appearance, structure, prototype, and confirm the design for production readiness.

1. 3D Design & Modeling – Create 3D design drawings based on the confirmed concept and produce 3D printed prototypes to visualize the appearance and structure.
2. Sample Production – Manufacture initial samples using selected materials and processes, allowing clients to evaluate the product’s texture and functionality.
3. Testing & Verification – Conduct functional and quality testing on the samples, including sealing, insulation performance, and durability, to ensure compliance with expected standards.
4. Client Feedback & Refinement – Deliver samples to clients for review and make modifications or improvements based on their feedback.

3. Trial Production

Coloring, tooling, sampling, and trial production are completed to confirm every detail before moving to full-scale manufacturing.

1. Small Batch Production – Carry out small-scale trial production before mass production to verify the stability of processes and workflows.
2. Process Optimization – Identify potential issues during trial runs and make necessary adjustments to equipment, molds, and process parameters.
3. Quality Inspection – Conduct comprehensive quality checks to ensure appearance, functionality, and safety meet both client and international standards.

4. Scale Production

After completing 40 days of lab testing, we officially move into full-scale production to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

1. Mass Production Launch – After client approval of trial samples, full-scale production begins to meet order requirements.
2. Strict Quality Control – Multiple inspections are conducted throughout the process, including raw material checks, in-line inspections, and finished product sampling.
3. Production Efficiency Management – Utilize mature production systems and advanced equipment to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time order completion.
4. Environmental & Compliance Standards – Adhere to environmental regulations and international compliance requirements to ensure sustainability and market eligibility.

5. Inspection

Conduct comprehensive quality inspections. We can cooperate with third-party organizations for testing and certification according to customer needs.

6. Logistics

After the product is packaged, we arrange shipment according to customer requirements, which can be done by sea, air or express.
